Delivery by December 24th does not apply in the event of service interruptions or delays caused by the events beyond the control of Zumiez. This may include but is not limited to transportation delays or weather delays.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Gifting early? No problem! 

Any items purchased from 11/1/25-12/24/25 can be returned until 1/31/26, as long as conditions below are met.

  1. All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by the original receipt and may be returned to any Zumiez location within the same country they were purchased.
  2. All merchandise (including all skate & snowboard related items) must be returned in its original, unused, packaged & resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects (refer to manufacturer warranties).
  3. Items returned with a gift receipt can exchange, or receive a gift card, in the amount paid at time of gifter’s purchase.
  4. Anything purchased after 1/1/26 will fall into our normal Return Policy.

Remember, the fast and free way to return or exchange an item is by visiting your local store!


GIFT RECEIPTS

  • Gift receipts are only available for in-store purchases, we are unable to provide gift receipts or leave the invoice out of online orders.
  • The return of items with a gift receipt will be issued in the form of a Zumiez Gift Card, in the amount paid for the item at time of purchase. You may also exchange the item(s).
  • Store purchase returns mailed in will always be refunded in the form of a Zumiez Gift Card. Please be sure to include good contact information in case we need to reach out to you about your return.
